Our vinegar fermentation process is 100% natural, 100%Australian and contains only the highest quality ingredients. All our fruit is handpicked and crushed naturally and then placed in vats with the MOTHER culture, allowing it to cure from anywhere between 5-6 months. So you get the best quality vinegar there is, we place our vinegar in oak barrels for 1-2 years to age before being bottled, allowing all the flavours and medicinal benefits to develop completely.
Note: As Vinegars are 100% natural with no chemical processing, you may notice that a foggy substance ( mother) to occur in the vinegar. This is NATURAL.The mother is a collection of enzymes, proteins and beneficial bacteria that can be consumed or removed. It does not mean that the vinegar is spoiled .
The shelf life is upto 5 years if unopened or 2 years once opened and stored away from direct sun light
